The quote tool

The quoting form requests gender, age, self-assessed health level, tobacco use, the protection amount desired, and the coverage duration. These answers go to the carriers' quoting service to calculate rates and aren't kept by this website. Quotes don't need your name, location, contact number, or email. Identical requests may be pulled from temporary storage to reduce calls to the quoting service.

Applying

Going forward with an application means the information you entered is used to fill in a secure application handled by the carriers' system, where you'll be governed by their privacy policy. All applications go through Susman Insurance Agency, a licensed California insurance company (License 0B75129).

The contact form

The contact form collects your name, your email, an optional phone, how to contact you, what your question concerns, and your message. It's sent via email to the agency with your email as the return address. This site stores no copy, maintains no submission database, and logs no message details. A quick anti-spam check runs in your browser before sending.

Measurement

The site measures visits using cookieless analytics delivered directly from this site's server. No tracking cookies or persistent identifiers are used; the last two numbers of your IP are masked before storage; no referring page's query string is kept; visit data is purged after 90 days. Visitors using Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control won't be counted.

What we do not do

This site doesn't sell personal details, employ advertising trackers, or use third-party measurement tools. The only non-local code on this site is the carriers' application interface appearing only on the application page.
